2. Delivery Times

• Next-Day Delivery: Available for eligible orders.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.

  • For parcels over 5kg, someone must be available to accept and sign for delivery.

3. Order Tracking

To track your order:

1. Go to Order Details (in your account or confirmation email).

2. Locate the tracking number.

3. Enter it on the courier’s website:

   • Evri Tracking

   • Yodel Tracking

4. Do I Need an Account to Order?
