I ordered 135 Rolls Panda Cuddle Aloe Vera Soft and a Dove Men 150ml deodorant, but only the toilet paper arrived.
I emailed the company about the missing product and was told to check the package.
I replied with photos showing that the deodorant was not included, and even the shipping label listed only the toilet paper. I requested a refund, but after that, nobody responded to my emails anymore.
I will never order from this company again. Luckily, it was just a deodorant that was missing, but this shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for consumer rights.
